Senior Test Site Specialist

As a Senior Test Specialist, you will help Anduril's Test Site team execute its test plans and product demonstrations every day.

You will drive inventory between multiple on-site locations and into town for additional supplies. You will maintain accurate inventory records for effective day-to-day planning. You will assist test engineers with various operations tasks supporting engineering activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating event preparation for high-profile client visits and demonstrations
• Managing deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring quality and stock of equipment
• Assisting in product installations at the test site as needed
• Supporting the Test Site Lead in maintaining the site, including managing office supplies, cleanliness, food & beverage, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinating and maintaining vendor relationships
• Travelling up to 50% to other test sites for support
• Taking ownership of restocking and site maintenance as necessary

The role requires:

• At least two years of experience in facilities management or operations
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment
• Collaborative mindset to assist test engineers in various operational tasks
• Strong customer service mentality
• Valid Driver's license
• Previous experience in inventory management or operations support is preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• GED
• Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.

In this role, you will be subject to pre-employment substance screening and randomised substance screening, as required by the Company.
