Description
As a Senior People Partner (Tech and Analytics) at Argos, you will collaborate with Senior leaders across the organisation, acting as a trusted, visible advisor and business partner. You will support the execution and delivery of functional plans, set out by the Senior Leadership team, and drive our culture, enable performance, coach managers, and deliver a tangible return on investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building regional or divisional specific people plans that are future-focused and support specific functional people challenges
- Maintaining organisational effectiveness and design
- Implementing workforce opportunities that deliver value-driven outcomes
- Identifying and utilising key people data and business performance metrics to improve colleague experience
- Coaching and supporting senior leaders to develop their own personal development plans
- Supporting business managers to have difficult conversations through expert coaching and facilitation
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a People/HR Business Partner in fast-paced, complex, commercial organisations
- Relevant combination of people partnering knowledge, skills, and experience or CIPD Level 5
- Experience of creating and delivering people plans in partnerships with CoE's
- Strong influencing, partnering, and relationship-building skills
- Talent management experience
- Experience of enabling and delivering significant business change/transformation
- Strong data skills, able to identify/analyse and draw insight from data
- Organisational design/effectiveness experience in the context of a business partnering role
