Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, performing various tasks, and supporting the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handle transactions, and follow company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities, provide customer support to various departments, and assist pharmacy personnel when needed
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Anticipated Weekly Hours:

• 15 hours

Time Type:

• Part-time

Pay Range:

• $16.00 - $23.00
