Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. You will work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

Essential Functions:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and offering help locating additional items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs

Required Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
• Visual Acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
