Project Management Analyst (PMA)

We are seeking a Project Management Analyst (PMA) to join our team in Dalian, Liaoning, China or Shanghai, China. As a PMA, you will work closely with the Project Leader (PL) and Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to provide support with project management activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage performance dashboards to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely updates of key milestones
• Support risk and issue management processes to mitigate potential risks
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking and expense reporting
• Ensure compliance with vendor and purchase order management processes
• Develop and maintain project management plans and documentation
• Provide data analysis and insights to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
• Knowledge of clinical trials and clinical research regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
