We are seeking a dependable Porter to join our distribution team in Lumberton, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the distribution center, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Assist with organizing and clearing aisles to ensure safe passage.
• Support warehouse operations by handling light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in janitorial or porter roles preferred (0–2 years).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
