Pharmacy Intern

As a Pharmacy Intern, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients.

In addition to progression and development through our ExperienceRx program, you will also be accountable for assisting the Pharmacy team in providing an excellent experience for your patients.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the prescription filling process
• Provide patient counseling
• Collaborate with all healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
• Offer health screenings and immunizations when appropriate
• Provide customer service
• Ensure patient safety
• Assist pharmacy patients and front store customers with questions
• Manage inventory

Additionally, you will:

• Motivate and inspire your pharmacy team by providing, supporting, and recognizing excellent patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Intern License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Education:

• Current enrollment in a School of Pharmacy

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
