Description
The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to maintenance technicians, performing maintenance tasks on machines, systems, and facilities to maximize reliability and efficiency of operations.
As a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor, you will:
- Promote a safe, sustainable, and learning-oriented work environment by modeling safe behaviors, resolving safety risks, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees through strong floor presence, clear expectations, and timely feedback.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Plant Engineering personnel performing maintenance on machines, systems, and facilities.
- Shift maintenance practices from reactive response to proactive and predictive strategies using root cause analysis and precision maintenance best practices.
- Build future-ready team capabilities in areas such as technical skills, CMMS utilization, and reliability practices.
- Schedule, assign, and direct maintenance work while monitoring progress and confirming proper procedures.
- Support Plant Engineering priorities and site initiatives, including oversight of support functions.
The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
