Description
We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an Emergency Care Practitioner to join our integrated Urgent Community Response (UCR) and Hospital at Home (H@H) services, providing high-quality clinical care to people with acute, complex and undifferentiated health needs in community settings.
