Contract manager Mobile Rollout

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our Mobile Access team at KPN. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rollout projects in the mobile radio network, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end planning, coordination, and control of rollout projects for new construction sites, expansions, renovations, upgrades, and dismantling
• Functional and result-oriented management of a small team of demand and project managers
• Managing scope, planning, quality, safety, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Supervising external rollout partners and monitoring agreed-upon KPIs, service levels, deliverables, and contractual obligations
• Connecting internal disciplines, including radio planning, engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and contract management
• Supporting sourcing, contract, and supplier issues and translating contract agreements into daily execution
• Ensuring correct recording and progress control in relevant project and documentation systems

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in a technical, business, or comparable field
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with rollout in a complex technical environment, preferably within telecom infrastructure or mobile networks
• Demonstrable experience with process optimization and sustainable implementation of improvements in operations
• Experience with contract management and supplier management, including KPIs, performance, risks, changes, and escalations
• Good command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
• Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
