Principal responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to provide high-quality requirements with proper DoR & DoD (DoR should include proper business flow scenarios).
• Collaborate with the dev team and deeply engage in the SDLC, especially in the pre-dev stage to justify requirements to dev and post-dev stage to identify test results for business delivery.
• Analyse end-to-end customer journeys, business processes, and system flows covering domestic, international, and real-time price calculation for repo business.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance in different markets and locations.
• Understand the automation test framework and support the dev team to verify the automation test results and provide feedback. Also, verify the manual test results.
• Take responsibility for business delivery sign-off.
• Take responsibility for post-release issue identification and provide business justification for the dev team's troubleshooting.
• Work in different time zones to adapt to the business team's working time (switch daily working time periods).

• Get positive feedback from the business team to support their requirements.
• Get positive feedback from the tech team to support their delivery to the business team.
• Build good knowledge in the tech team to better support business delivery with good documentation as assets.
