Additional Trade Plumber

Haringey's Repair Service is seeking a multi-trade Plumber to join their day-to-day repairs service. As a Plumbing multi-trade operative, you will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality, resident-focused maintenance service to the Council's housing stock.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in the building and trades industry, holding the industry standard qualification, or equivalent recognised competency in a core trade – plumbing – and additional experience in at least one other trade.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tackling repairs requiring expertise across your core trade – plumbing – as well as additional trade skills
• Completing work efficiently and effectively in the shortest possible time
• Demonstrating high-quality customer care and a forward-thinking approach to repair resolution
• Utilising essential foundations of Health & Safety in the workplace
