Operations Manager - Regional Distribution Center

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Regional Distribution Center in Bakersfield, California.

The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.

As an Operations Manager, you will foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability. You will lead a team to maximize productivity, growth, and development, and create a positive work environment through real-time observation and feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to achieve operational plans and performance goals
• Analyzing and solving problems to improve efficiency and process flow
• Developing and implementing new approaches to process and methods
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
• Collaborating with teams across functions to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical skills
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures
