Executive Business Partner

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. This role involves project management and operational coordination, requiring high organization and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications
• Gain knowledge of team and overall Twitch business; serve as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations
• Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf
• Work with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies
• Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events
• Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business, managing its implementation across the organization
• Manage logistics and strategic coordination of operational planning
• Be available to sit in on executive meetings, capturing notes and key decisions
• Act as a Twitch culture ambassador

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability
• Proven ability to influence without authority, building alignment and driving outcomes through trust
• Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative orientation

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator
• Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry
