Description
We're seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our store team in Sutton Coldfield. As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager on site with accountability for the full shop.
You will work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day. You will take responsibility for people management, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be expected to provide brilliant customer service, coach a team to do the same, and deliver KPIs and other performance indicators. You will be comfortable leading operations and managing disciplinaries, performance issues, or other similar employee relations issues.
