Account Executive - Enterprise - Consumer Brands

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Consumer Brands. As an Account Executive, you will build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
• Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value
• Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high impact use cases
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice

Requirements:

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
• Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises is a strong plus
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience selling to both technical buyers and business buyers
• Adept at deeply understanding a customer's business and unique requirements for success
• Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes
• Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level
• Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

Location: This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.
