Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Eoghain McLaughlin, our Technology & Innovation lead, to drive innovation and technological advancements within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work on cutting-edge projects to develop and implement new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Analyse data and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in a relevant discipline (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science)
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
