Regional Lead Producer - Unannounced 3A Project

Electronic Arts seeks a Regional Lead Producer to lead live service and content creation strategy for an unannounced 3A sports online game China version.

The successful candidate will establish and execute content and monetization strategies for the China version live services, configure localized paid items and content, communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners, conduct business data analysis, and present internal and external perspectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing live service and content strategy for the China version
• Configuring localized paid items and content
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Conducting comprehensive business data analysis and generating KPI reports
• Presenting internal and external perspectives

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in game live services
• High-level understanding of the game market, business, and service processes
• Proficiency in business data analysis and reporting
• Smooth communication and strong collaboration skills
• Deep knowledge of and passion for sports games

Preferred skills:

• Fluent proficiency in Chinese and English
• Direct player experience with online sports titles
• Prior experience as a people manager or working within a game development team
