As a Process Leader in Indianola, PA, you will focus on day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You will ensure efficient and safe operations, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accuracy of quality, shift, and production records and data entry
- Training and directing team members to perform job duties effectively
- Leading the development and execution of team improvement plans
- Providing day-to-day feedback to team members on their performance
- Conducting ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Assisting in implementing corrective actions and resolving team member performance issues
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and other stakeholders
- Tracking attendance, approving PTO, and documenting hours for payroll purposes
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 3 years of overall relevant experience in medical device assembly, mechanical assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 1 year of quality control experience
- 1 year of production planning or inventory control experience
- Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork skills, and advanced problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or APICS Certificate.
In terms of compensation, you can expect an hourly wage of at least $25.89 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
