Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team at Paidy, a leading BNPL service company in Japan. As a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to solutions, suggest efficiencies within enterprise systems, exercise judgment within defined processes, assist in system implementation and maintenance, and participate in data analysis to inform decision-making.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise
- Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
- Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision
- Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering
- Business level ability in both English and Japanese
Salary: The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is: Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture; (¥5,408,000.00 - ¥7,733,000.00 Annually)
