Striker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Striker to join our Sales team in Lima, Peru. As a Striker, you will be responsible for executing excellence at the point of sale, developing the energy drink category, and implementing company strategies across various retail outlets.

Your main objective will be to improve execution KPIs and ultimately drive sales growth. You will manage a portfolio of strategic clients, including OXXO, Tambo, Primax, Repsol, and AVA, ensuring effective implementation of Red Bull strategies and outstanding execution at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities:

• Territorial coverage: Ensure effective coverage of assigned retail outlets with optimal frequency and cost efficiency.
• Perfect Store: Maintain and develop the Perfect Store database, ensuring correct product availability, pricing, visibility, and brand communication.
• Stock management: Manage orders and replenishment to ensure all Red Bull products are available and correctly displayed.
• POP and point-of-sale management: Ensure and improve Red Bull brand presence in assigned retail outlets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the mass consumer market with direct contact with market indicators and shopper behavior analysis.
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing or sales is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills (desirable).
