Senior Data & Process Developer (PLM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Process Developer (PLM) to join our Global Data Team based in Salzburg, Austria.

As a Senior Data & Process Developer (PLM), you will be responsible for developing new processes, data flows, and features, and translating business and process requirements into E2E target pictures and functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements and align them with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and implement process improvements in the field of PLM
• Manage and drive projects or programs independently
• Prepare and host project meetings and workshops
• Keep all required stakeholders informed about project insights and status
• Drive prototyping, validation, and testing of newly implemented solutions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in a PLM role or as Key user or consultant in corresponding applications
• Depth knowledge of product lifecycle management solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements
• Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements and system integration concepts
• Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs in the field of digital transformation
• Conceptual strength, holistic view, abstract and out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to break down, simplify, and visualise complexity
• System affinity
• Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertive, communicative, and collaborative
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• End-to-End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
