Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team.

As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations using appropriate methods. You will establish a plan of care, implement individual treatment, monitor outcomes, and adjust the treatment plan as needed. You will also communicate with physicians, teammates, and patients to ensure optimum care.

• Complete required documentation and maintain productivity standards

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish-speaking clinician

We offer a competitive salary range of $41.10 - $61.65 per hour, a $2500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans.
