Physical Therapist, Weekends

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment
• Ensure patient evaluations and treatments are comprehensive, functional, and according to the Standard of Practice
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Meet department financial and productivity standards
• Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services
• Promote professional development and education of other health care workers
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school
• Current licensure in the state of North Carolina
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C
