Off-Road Driving Experiences Manager

Ford Racing is looking for an Off-Road Driving Experiences Manager to lead the development, execution, and expansion of Ford's global Off-Road Driving Experiences, including Bronco Off-Roadeo, Raptor programs, and Ford Off-Road Adventures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of Ford's Off-Road Driving Experiences
• Managing and developing a team of direct reports
• Overseeing relationships and performance for key partners and external vendors
• Guiding the creation and continuous improvement of off-road and overlanding curricula
• Directing program-level operational processes and logistical planning
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to integrate off-road experiences into broader brand portfolios and product launch strategies
• Developing, managing, and forecasting program budgets
• Overseeing the tracking of program metrics, customer feedback, and data capture

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in customer experience, marketing, or program management
• 7+ years of experience in the Motorsports or Off-Road/Outdoor industry
• 3+ years of direct people management experience

The salary range for this position is $115,500-$218,100.
