By joining our Sales Talent Community, you could be considered for various roles, including:

• Sales Account Management: Manage and grow a defined territory or portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term relationship development.
• Inside Sales/Field Sales: Support revenue growth by engaging customers through phone, email, and digital channels, managing inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Business Development: Drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
• Technical Solutions Management: Serve as a technical commercial expert, partnering with customers to understand scientific needs and recommend tailored solutions.

These roles may support products and services such as gene synthesis and molecular biology services, protein, antibody, and reagent solutions, biologics CDMO services, and cell and gene therapy solutions.

We usually look for candidates with:

• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Experience in life sciences sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Ideal candidates also have:

• Experience selling CRO, CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or molecular biology solutions
• An advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
• An existing network within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
