Quality Engineering Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Engineering Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with quality, process engineering, and production departments to support program launches and current production activities.
• Assist in the physical inspection, testing, labeling, and packing of prototype parts.
• Assist in the physical inspection and testing of production parts.
• Check parts on stamping, weld, and final check fixtures, including preparing data obtained for reports.
• Assist on assembly lines as needed for both regular production and launch builds.
• Support Quality Engineers in GM EPC & Ford FIREWALL (Early Production Containment).
• Assist Quality Engineers in customer concern sort and containment activities.
• Complete test data entry and charting as required.
• Work with Quality Engineers to create and update control plans for review and approval.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
• Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be: $17.60 - $25.48
