Description
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to own the analytics that explain how our products drive growth. In this role, you will enable data-driven decisions and bring clarity by centralizing reporting into a single source of truth.
Responsibilities
- Own product performance reporting. Deliver recurring reporting views on product KPIs, including bookings/ARR, attach rates, win rates and discounting at the product level. Shape the narrative and evolve the content with product strategy.
- Lead deep dives on executive questions. Take a broad question from leadership, design the analytical approach, find the right data for the analysis and package the findings into a clear, defensible answer for senior leadership.
- Untangle the data. Explore and understand large, complex datasets across sources that don’t always agree. Identify the right data for each question, validate it, and piece it together into a reliable foundation before analysis begins.
- Create one source of truth. Partner with Enterprise Data Analytics and Product Finance teams on data definitions and how we measure the business. Build centralized reporting so everyone uses the same numbers.
- Connect product to GTM. Partner with GTM teams to link product performance to pipeline, sales motions and discounting, so leadership sees the full picture of how products are driving revenue.
- Raise the bar. Automate and scale reporting workflows, using AI tools as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related progressive experience across strategic finance or data analytics.
- Hands-on SQL experience and a track record of turning data into clear, compelling narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with Product teams, with an understanding of how product strategy, pricing, packaging, and discounting drive topline outcomes.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and KPIs (ARR, ACV, bookings, attach rates, win rates, NRR) and how they inform reporting and decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and fluency with large, messy datasets, with the curiosity to explore data and the rigor to validate and reconcile it across sources.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to open-ended questions.
- An AI-first mindset, with a drive to automate, scale, and continuously improve how work gets done.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, Product, and GTM teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and staying effective as priorities shift.
