Pinsent Masons Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join their IP (patent) team as an advocaat-medewerker.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in and affinity with technology, and experience in patent law.
The IP team at Pinsent Masons is one of the largest in Europe, advising and litigating on all aspects of intellectual property across various sectors including pharma, chemistry, telecoms, and more.
The Dutch patent team handles international cases across a range of industries, from life sciences to manufacturing, and frequently works in composed international teams.
Responsibilities
- Join a close-knit team of five lawyers and contribute to the team's efforts
- Collaborate with colleagues on publications, practice development, and thought leadership
- Develop expertise in patent law and commercial aspects of a growing practice
Requirements
- 3-6 years of work experience as an advocate
- Completed internship
- Experience in patent law
- Interest in commercial aspects of a growing practice
