As an Assistant Store Manager at NEXT's Coleraine store, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team, with exceptional commercial understanding to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers.

The role requires 38.75 hours per week, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The salary is from £29,621.
