Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community to lead their product management organisation. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Director of the Fan Care Community organisation and work with team members to understand how to improve fan community experiences, including community engagement and safety.

The ideal candidate is an expert product manager with great business analysis skills, prioritising work to maximise impact, and communicating progress and product updates to internal and external partners. They will have experience in the gaming industry and Community Management organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for EA's Fan Care Community product portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Build trusted partnerships across Engineering, Design, Community, Studios, Player Safety, Fan Intelligence, and Executive Leadership
• Champion customer-centric product development through fan research, analytics, experimentation, and emerging technologies
• Lead portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading customer-facing digital products or product portfolios
• 5+ years leading and developing a team of Product Managers
• Experience defining product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable customer and business results
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences
• Experience balancing long-term product vision with near-term execution
