Description
We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our team in Dalarna. As a project leader at WSP, you will have a key role in our customers' operations and projects. You will lead, drive, and coordinate assignments throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early investigations and planning stages to production, implementation, and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects as a strategic partner to our customers
- Managing project timelines, budgets, quality, and goal achievement
- Identifying risks, creating structure, and ensuring progress
- Coordinating project design and implementation
- Participating in procurement and preparing tender documents
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on contracts
- Working as a construction manager or client support during implementation
- Driving and coordinating design management
- Participating in or conducting contract inspections
- Managing or coordinating occupational health and safety issues as BAS-P
- Acting as Control Manager (KA) according to PBL in relevant assignments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university or civil engineering degree, or equivalent experience in the construction and infrastructure industry
- At least three years of experience in project management within construction and/or infrastructure
- Good understanding of project management, project methodology, and financial follow-up
- Knowledge of contract law and experience with AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- B driver's license
