Senior Platform Engineer

Join Razer's Global IT Infrastructure team in Singapore as a Senior Platform Engineer. You'll build and run cloud, Kubernetes, and DevOps platforms for enterprise applications and create an AI platform for internal AI agents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud platforms on Azure, including networking, identity, compute, storage, and hybrid connectivity
• Operate container and Kubernetes platforms for enterprise applications, APIs, and AI workloads
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management with Infrastructure as Code
• Build and maintain enterprise CI/CD and GitOps capabilities
• Lead modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and containerization
• Design, deploy, and operate the platform hosting AI agents and LLM-based applications
• Integrate agents securely with enterprise systems through standard APIs and connectors
• Implement AI platform guardrails and mitigate AI-specific risks
• Provide reusable templates, reference architectures, and self-service environments
• Act as technical lead during major incidents and drive post-incident reviews
• Own backup, restore, and disaster recovery, including scheduled DR tests
• Embed security into platform design and pipelines
• Mentor engineers on platform engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience, plus 5+ years in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
• Hands-on production experience with Azure, Windows, and/or Linux servers, virtualization, and enterprise networking
• Experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash
• Experience with observability platforms, enterprise backup and DR, and leading major incident response
• Platform security experience with cloud IAM, secrets management, and encryption
• Hands-on experience deploying or operating AI/LLM-based applications or AI agents in a production environment
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud AI platform
• Understanding of AI-specific security risks and mitigation strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, calm and structured under pressure
