Assistant Manager, Product Development & Marketing

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Product Development & Marketing to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

As an Assistant Manager, Product Development & Marketing, you will assist in the end-to-end product development and marketing for bancatakaful/partnership channels. You will also support the team in data analytic study and reporting to inform product planning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of family takaful products from ideation to go-live
• Drafting product collaterals for internal approval and ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory guidelines
• Assisting in the preparation of submission papers and supporting documents for product approval
• Performing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for applicable systems and platforms
• Supporting post-product launch activities, including post-implementation follow-up and enhancement items
• Managing bank partner and external stakeholder engagement on product-related matters
• Coordinating product campaigns with vendors, bank partners, and internal teams
• Conducting competitive benchmarking and market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development within the insurance/takaful industry
• Good understanding of Takaful models and Shariah principles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and UAT processes
