Buffet Steward - IHR

As a Buffet Steward with Princess Cruises, you will provide excellent quality food and beverage service to guests in assigned areas. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down designated areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent food and beverage service
• Setting up and breaking down areas
• Maintaining knowledge of restaurant menus, bar, and wine lists
• Assisting with briefings before service
• Knowing cocktail recipes and promotional sales
• Ensuring areas are clean and meet high standards
• Reporting complaints or problems
• Performing duties assigned by supervisors
• Working under pressure and interacting with diverse passengers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of food and beverage experience
• Attendance at a recognized hotel/catering school
• USPH sanitation courses and understanding of environmental regulations
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of P.O.S. systems
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
