Global Community Programs Lead

We are seeking a Global Community Programs Lead to support programs that connect our Community Team to key business and brand initiatives. As a Programs Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team stays aligned and on track to deliver high-quality work and impact for our hosts.

Our Community team partners with Hosts by integrating their feedback into our products and policies, fostering connection, and supporting their growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategy development and work closely with Senior Program Leads and Strategists to inform program strategy
• Manage project planning and execution, develop project plans, and create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs
• Lead reporting and documentation, track project progress, and prepare status reports
• Own program operations and team logistics, collaborate with BizOps team on connecting Global Program Team to internal tools and processes
• Establish a center of operational excellence, define systems and operations that extend to other Project Managers across the team, and mentor and guide other Project Managers on the team in best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with extraordinary attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
• Experience with budget tracking and vendor management
• Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Able to work autonomously when given direction
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and proactively operates with a bias for action

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $156,000 - $195,000 USD per year
