Description
Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis, building reports and dashboards, supporting business domains like business performance, product optimization, and helping drive business insights across teams.
You will perform data analysis to support financial analysis, payment analysis, marketing analysis, product performance, customer behavior analysis, and business operations. You will build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports/dashboards using business intelligence tools or other automation tools.
You will translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven answers and recommendations. You will support root cause investigations for anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting accuracy.
You will collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth data pipeline and reliable reporting. You will support the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) into reporting and analysis workflows under guidance from senior team members.
You will document metrics definitions, dashboard logic, and report processes for consistency and transparency.
