Physical Therapist, Outpatient

The Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy outpatient clinic at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Kernersville, NC is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries, design personalized rehabilitation programs, and guide athletes back to peak performance using evidence-based techniques and state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Meet department financial and productivity standards
• Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services
• Promote professional development and education of other health care workers
• Supervise physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students
• Communicate in a professional and timely manner with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school
• CPR certification required every two years
