Service Assistant

The Porsche Centre Olympiapark sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with optimal service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as a Service Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception and support to our customers in the service area – in person and by phone.
• Offer stylish hospitality to ensure an excellent stay for our customers at the Porsche Centre Munich South.
• Coordinate and follow up on service appointments, workshop orders, and customer communication.
• Create and maintain customer data, and process service requests in the CRM system.
• Support service consultants with administrative order processing and documentation.
• Organise vehicle logistics within the company.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with experience in the automotive industry.
• Several years of experience as a service assistant in a car dealership, preferably in the premium segment.
• Excellent communication skills, a reliable demeanour, and high service orientation.
• Organisational talent and structured, independent work style.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) and affinity for digital systems.
• Well-groomed appearance and stylish behaviour that meets the Porsche brand's standards.
