Senior Product Quality Engineer, Chip - Automotive

Join NVIDIA's Quality and Reliability Group as a Senior Product Quality Engineer (PQE) for Automotive and Tegra products. You'll maintain product quality throughout the lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) to production release and customer complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with automotive NPI teams to meet customer and internal quality requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align plans, methodologies, and requirements for chip failure analysis.
• Lead failure analysis activities, including data analysis, chip-level testing, and system-level testing.
• Generate failure analysis reports and verify corrective actions' effectiveness.
• Analyze failure trends and recommend improvements.
• Work with customer-facing teams to understand quality expectations and report metrics.
• Share lessons learned from field quality issues and provide early input via DFMEA.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product/Test/Application/Quality Engineering.
• BS/MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in chip-level failure analysis and debug.
• Expertise with Advantest V93000 Tester and test equipment bring-up.
• Familiarity with system-level testing and digital design principles.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automotive products and standards.
• Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodology.
• Strong technical/debug skills in data analysis and test program troubleshooting.
