Junior Remarketing Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Remarketing Specialist to join our team in Cologne, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the remarketing process for Ford Bank-owned and seized vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct quality controls for internal and external service providers
• Serve as operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in remarketing-specific projects and provide technical support
• Establish, document, maintain, communicate, and monitor process controls, improvements, and compliance topics
• Order vehicle appraisals and process vehicle offers and sales
• Exercise delegated competences, including documentation and data maintenance
• Create and develop reports and statistics

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training and two years of relevant commercial further education
• Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in remarketing and process analysis/project work
• Analytical skills and experience in clear process documentation
• Customer friendliness, assertiveness, high level of initiative, service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
• Secure MS Office skills
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
