At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're looking for a Wellness Strategy and Development, Principal (Senior Manager) to lead the wellness centre operation design and management, ensuring alignment with proposition principles and delivering cohesive, industry-leading customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Target operation model design: Lead Ops model innovation, design, and implementation, prioritizing improvement opportunities and ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
  • Operation Management: Optimize operating model, capacity planning, and partnerships with third-party service providers to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality with continuous improvement, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and interact with internal and external partners to ensure favourable relationships.
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop a Wellness Operation Team, providing training and coaching.
  • Report Management: Ensure quality reports are produced and submitted to Committees/Corporate for further analysis.
  • Event Management: Ensure smooth event execution, co-designing event content and calendar with Service Providers and Channels.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/College graduate with 8+ years in insurance or healthcare transformation operation and product marketing functions, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Ability to apply a commercial orientation within operation design with data analytic skills.
  • Demonstrated thought managerial skill.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to affect process change.
  • High degree of urgency and ownership.
  • Work independently with ability to work collaboratively and navigate a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to excel as project leader.
  • Measure performance by KPI results and impact.
  • Good knowledge in workflow system.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
