An exciting opportunity exists for an exceptional leader to join our Ecology & Environmental Approvals leadership team as Regional Executive – Environmental Approvals NSW/ACT.
This role combines business leadership, client growth and team development, with the opportunity to strengthen our market presence and help shape the future of Environmental Approvals at WSP.
Responsibilities
- Bring a strong market profile and trusted relationships across key sectors including resources, energy and Defence.
- Shape and deliver business strategy with the Ecology and Environmental Approvals leadership team.
- Lead and develop 20+ environmental approvals professionals across NSW and ACT.
- Drive business strategy, P&L performance, growth and commercial outcomes.
- Strengthen strategic client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Lead major pursuits, proposals and business development.
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety and technical excellence.
- Mentor and coach future leaders.
- Oversee resourcing and operational performance.
- Champion governance, risk management and quality outcomes.
- Represent WSP through industry engagement and professional networks.
