Senior Project Manager

You will work with the Transformation, Analytics and Insights (TAI) team, which reports directly to the EVP Technology and is distributed globally across US, UK, India, and Malaysia.

The role is part of the Business Transformation Enablement team, delivering pan-Technology transformation and divestment stranded cost priorities.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with Technology leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver priority transformation initiatives, strengthen execution across the portfolio, and help eliminate stranded costs from known divestments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps
• Coordinating across teams to ensure project alignment with bp's strategic objectives
• Working within Agile frameworks to align project milestones with iterative delivery cycles
• Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to project success
• Building strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners to maintain alignment on goals, requirements, and delivery priorities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive progress across multiple teams
• Experience using data to draw actionable insights and performance measures
• Experience in project management or a related field, leading projects with increasing scope and complexity
• Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
