As Fleet Performance Manager in our Rolling Stock team, you will monitor and improve the technical performance of our four fleets, based in Brussels and at our depot in Leyton.
Your responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed and summary reports on fleet performance
- Conducting first-level technical analysis to identify trends and anticipate failures
- Managing the performance reporting tool
- Defining and leading the performance action plan for each fleet
- Contributing to a positive safety culture
- Acting as the point of entry for the Operations department
- Ensuring fair allocation of allowable failures under the TSSSA contract with Siemens
The role requires strong technical knowledge of rolling stock, high-speed trains, and maintenance. Fluency in French and English is essential, with Dutch being a bonus.
