The salary range for this position is $223,343 – $320,000, with additional compensation options such as equity and bonus.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale our global Product Marketing (PMM) function across four core product pillars: Payments, Spend, Billing, and Business Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global Product Marketing strategy across Payments, Spend, Billing, and Business Accounts.
• Build and lead a team of PMM leads for each product pillar.
• Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motions for new product launches across 10+ global markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Communications, Growth, Design, Legal, and Commercial teams to drive integrated launches.
• Establish world-class competitive intelligence and sales enablement capabilities.
• Drive attribution, performance measurement, and optimization of PMM-led campaigns.
• Implement efficient workflows to streamline insights generation and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Outstanding professional and academic achievements.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, with at least 3-4 years in leading a PMM organization.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategies for complex, multi-product, multi-market launches.
• Background in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and understanding of customer problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and levels of seniority.

• Experience with agentic AI or developer-facing products.
• Background at a high-growth scale-up with rapid product expansion.
