Floor Lead (Retail) (Full-time)

Mejuri has reimagined fine jewelry as a personal choice rooted in self-expression. As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you play a pivotal role in driving store success by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Drive sales performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
• Develop and engage with the sales team.
• Participate in onboarding and assessing employee performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
