Security Officer

We are looking for a proactive Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment at Glasgow Fort. As a Security Officer, you will carry out periodic duties, conduct patrols, and take an active role in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out periodic duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
• Be present on the park to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained
• Conduct patrols covering all areas of the retail park and service areas
• Take an active role in emergency situations, including first aid and fire warden duties
• Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices

Requirements:

• SIA DS or SG Licence required
• Enjoy working as part of a team and independently
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident
• Conflict Management aware
• High level of customer care awareness
• Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
