Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Northampton. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $17.84 to $26.76 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
