Merchandiser Lead

The Merchandiser Lead role involves servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers. The ideal candidate will support the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPPORT EXPECTATIONS

• Support merchandisers to maximise service, communications, and engagement.
• Complete onboarding of new merchandisers, certify readiness, and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards.
• Act as main merchandising point of contact and communicate with the merchandising team in the absence of the Merchandising Manager.
• Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained, minimising Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns.
• Ensure Red Bull equipment is set to current standards, clean, and presented in a premium manner.

EXECUTION

• Maintain records for compliance with internal policy, including mileage records, trainings, and other required records.
• Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines.
• Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team.
• Build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio.
• Notify the Account Sales Manager of dented, damaged, or out-of-code products, and QPOD opportunities.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with retail managers.

• Collaborate with sales team members to execute new programs and sell large displays.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation and share best practices.
• Lead by example, adhering to Company standards and Red Bull Values.
• Professionally represent the company and Red Bull brand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
